On Wednesday, May 26th, South Beloit High School will be holding a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the second doses for those who received their first dose at our May 5th vaccination clinic. The clinic will be held in the South Beloit High School gym from 4-8pm. For those individuals receiving your second dose, please come at the same time as your first dose.
The May 26th vaccination clinic will also be open to anyone who would like to receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. This group now includes 12- to 15-year-old students whose parents may want them to receive the vaccine. Any student between the ages of 12 and 17 will need to have a parent present at the clinic to receive the vaccine. Any person who wants to receive their first dose of the vaccine will need to sign up at www.wchd.org/covid-19 prior to May 26th. South Beloit High School will be holding an additional vaccination clinic on June 16th for the second dose of the vaccine for those who receive their first dose on May 26th.
The May 26th vaccination clinic at South Beloit High School is being run by the Winnebago County Health Department and the National Guard. They will be administering the Pfizer vaccine.
